Australia grows only a small amount of coffee, and thanks to the country’s vibrant coffee culture, it rarely leaves its shores. It’s usually enjoyed close to where it’s grown - perhaps early morning in a Sydney café.
Through a partnership with an Australian coffee entrepreneur, we’ve been able to secure a supply of this rare coffee for the UK.
This single origin is grown in the North of Queensland and undergoes stringent double grading - colour sorters only pick the best coffee cherries, and post-processing any defect beans are discarded.
Roasted to a light profile, in the cup, it’s bright and delicate, with a gentle sweetness and a clean finish - a nod to the washed processing.
